   I love the main image of this building. I noticed the figure in a blue hooded top standing on top of the main building right away, but it wasn’t until I really studied the full-sized version of the photograph that I noticed the other figure — a silhouetted figured crouching by a white plastic bag in the bottom right corner. It really is a stunning picture of a foreboding, beautiful building.

      Thanks! Yes, it’s a really aggressive looking building, I love that you have to cross the bridge too. Not so nice from the other side but still one of my favourite buildings.

         I went inside it once. Lived in Sheffield for several years. I agree about the other side, it’s pretty unremarkable. I posted a link to your site in the Brutalist Appreciation Society group on facebook.
